Terms of Use
Effective July 19, 2026 · Terms for using Salon Coach content, tools, and membership features.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its tools.
Educational estimates, not professional advice
Salon Coach calculators, benchmarks, articles, and exports provide general business education and planning estimates. Results depend on the information you enter and assumptions that may not fit your market. They are not legal, tax, accounting, lending, investment, licensing, engineering, or construction advice.
AI coaching team and human oversight
The coaching team profiles presented by Salon Coach represent artificial-intelligence agents, not human employees or licensed professionals. These AI agents are configured and managed by a human operator, who may review, guide, or approve their work. AI-generated analysis and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances and should be independently reviewed before you rely on or act upon them.
Membership and billing
Paid membership may include Dashboard, Profile, private participant messaging, encrypted saved tools, billing history, coaching reviews, and other features described at purchase. Stripe processes recurring charges and invoice access. Confirming cancellation in the workspace cancels the Stripe subscription and marks the Salon Coach membership inactive immediately; paid workspace features become unavailable at that time. The final price, renewal timing, trial, cancellation, refund, failed-payment, data-retention, and service-response terms shown at checkout must be reviewed and completed before production launch.
Profiles and messaging
You are responsible for registration/profile information and messages you submit and for respecting another member’s directory and direct-message preferences. Authorized administrators may correct member-facing profile attributes under audited controls. Members may start conversations only with members who opted in; coaches and administrators may initiate service conversations. Conversation content is available only to participants through the application. Only an administrator already participating in a thread may add members or coaches, and added participants receive access to its existing history. You may permanently delete only messages you sent; deletion removes the live shared message for every participant and cannot be undone through the application, but does not promise immediate removal from backups, point-in-time recovery, security evidence, or legally retained records. A participating coach or administrator may conclude and lock a conversation, after which no participant can send additional messages in that thread. Do not use profiles or messages for harassment, threats, unlawful activity, unsolicited promotion, credential sharing, or transmission of highly sensitive information the service did not request.
Encryption boundary
Salon Coach uses application encryption and protected per-member keys for conversation text and saved-tool payloads. These controls reduce unauthorized access but do not guarantee absolute security and are not represented as device-only, zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption. Authorized service processing occurs within the AWS application boundary. Do not submit information for which this disclosed model is unsuitable.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting your passkeys, authentication factors, devices, and account access. Do not share one-time codes or recovery material. Salon Coach uses an opaque, server-managed browser session with inactivity and absolute expiration; identity-provider tokens are not exposed to application JavaScript. Notify Salon Coach promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend sessions or accounts to protect users, the service, or others.
Administrative deletion
An authorized administrator may permanently delete a member account when approved under the applicable support, privacy, or account-management process. This cancels active billing, disables and deletes the Cognito identity, revokes application sessions, removes the member workspace, profile, saved work, profile-photo versions, and conversations involving that account. Because conversation deletion affects every participant in those threads, this control requires explicit email confirmation and must be used only under an approved deletion request. Stripe, security, tax, backup, and audit records may remain where legally or operationally required.
Your decisions and verification
You are responsible for reviewing inputs, assumptions, calculations, exports, and recommendations before acting. Consult appropriately licensed professionals and local authorities for decisions involving contracts, taxes, employment, permits, financing, code compliance, or construction.
Permitted use
You may use the site and generated exports for your own lawful personal or internal business planning. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or resell or present the tools as your own service.
Third-party services and data
The site may use or link to third-party services and public datasets. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, or terms. Your use of an external export or service is also subject to that provider’s terms.
Ownership
The site design, software, original copy, and branding are owned by Salon Coach or its licensors. You retain ownership of profile information, messages, and tool data you enter and grant the limited rights needed to host, secure, process, display to authorized participants, and provide the service. No other rights are granted except the limited permission to use the site under these terms.
Availability and changes
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may correct, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Coach disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site.
Governing terms
Before commercial launch, add the operating entity’s legal name, state, governing law, venue, business address, and any required dispute-resolution language. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Questions may be submitted through the contact page. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting payments or member accounts.
